The Gist
We began our international ministry in February 2013, serving in a mostly muslim nation. We are sent out through our local church network and supported by churches, family and friends.
Our ministry comprises of putting God first in our home, raising three little children, learning language, leading a church plant, helping locals find work through a local ministry, and growing in relationship with those in our community around us..
What does Harvest Harbor mean?
Harvest Harbor is a name that we came up with circa 2010 while having a conversation of the ministry we felt the Lord was calling us to. We felt wherever we are and whomever we are ministering to, we want to provide a safe haven for the lost and those seeking the truth.
For the Son of man came to seek and save the lost. Luke 19:10
A little more background…
Josh is former drug addict turned radical Jesus follower and Mandy is a preacher’s daughter gone wild coming full circle back to the gracious arms of our savior. Put us together and you have a deep faith and love for Jesus and desire to spend our lives serving Him and following His lead wherever He may take us.
We are blessed with three precious babies. Our daughter, Havva, is now 7 and has an outgoing and loving spirit. Our son, Zachariah, is 6 and a sweetie with a contagious smile. Our youngest Caleb is 2 and is an amazing little guy who is super interested in his siblings.
